Cars for hire
Conditions of Hire
All rental prices and charges shown on this website are EXCLUSIVE of VAT, delivery and collection where appropriate.
Drivers must be aged between 30 and 60 years old Drivers must hold a current valid British full driving licence for at least the last 5 years.
All drivers must
- be in a capable physical condition so as to be considered legally and physically capable of driving our cars safely.
- Not have been involved in greater than one accident in the past 3 years.
- Not have been convicted of serious motor offences within the last 5 years
Two drivers are allowed under the agreement and one further additional driver may be added to the agreement at a cost of £150 per day provided that they meet all criteria.
Smoking in Cars:
Smoking in our cars is totally forbidden and will result in the loss of your deposit
- All cars and prices are subject to change without prior notification.
- All hire agreements require to London Super Cars to hold a security deposit (of up to £10,000) - This will be used to cover any loss or damage incurred during the hire, filling fuel tank if not returned full, charges for any excess mileage and any fees dues as per this agreement.
- Fully Comprehensive Insurance is included only for the Hirer and other named driver.
- All bookings require a booking Fee of £100, refunded against the cost of hire. Refunds for cancellation are refundable if within 30 days of hire. All bookings are only confirmed when paid for in full and must be paid for in full at least 30 days before date of hire.
- London Super Cars liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge. No consequential loss liability will be covered.
- The hirer may only use the vehicle for the purposes of their business and for social domestic and/or pleasure purposes. The vehicles may not be used for any purposes for which they are not expressly designed. Further, the hirer will not use or permit or countenance the vehicles to be used for tuition, towing, racing or any form of motor sport.
- All cars will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same. If not then charges will be incurred for refuelling.
- The cars may be used only within England and Wales.
- The hirer of the vehicle hereby shall be liable for all fines and or traffic tickets or any other costs or penalties that may be incurred whilst the car is in the possession of the hirer.
- Any damage to a car whilst in the possession of the hirer will be their responsibility of and will be charged up to the cost of security deposit held against the hire.
- London Super Cars reserves the right to refuse hire to any applicant without reason
- This agreement is binding and if any provision of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful or unenforceable it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.
